Here’s a 100% biodegradable dental floss to keep you from flossing with plastic between your teeth.

Most mainstream flosses are made from nylon, which is a type of plastic that takes hundreds of years to biodegrade – FYI, we are only talking about the floss itself, what more its plastic container? Additionally, floss wax manufacturers use perfluorinated chemicals, or PFCs, which appear to be much more problematic than we once thought.

Considering this, we decided to come up with an alternative: refillable floss that is made from corn stover, and coated in a plant-based candelilla wax with natural mint flavoring.

This product comes with a natural bamboo bottle and one 33-yard/30 meter roll of plant-based dental floss. And the best part: It is refillable!

Our dental floss is 100% compostable. So, after using, return it to Earth by burying it in the ground or putting it in your bio-waste bin.
