How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping cost is determined by weight, location, and type of shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- For Metro Manila delivery: The arrival of your order depends on the type of shipping you opted for: no rush (3 to 5 days), standard (2 to 3 days), next day or same day delivery.
- For provincial delivery: Your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer same day delivery?

Can I change my shipping address?
- Email your correct details including your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us at 09176242293 – make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
Can my orders be delivered to an office address?
Yes, of course! On the checkout page, simply indicate that your shipping address is an office address. That way, we will aim to deliver Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
Do I have to be there when my orders are delivered?
- Not at all. You may designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf.

Which payment methods are accepted?
- Lieu accepts payment via PayPal for secure, convenient and reliable payments via credit card – no need to create a PayPal account.
- No credit card? Don't worry, you may also pay via bank deposit at any branch of Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Happy Shopping!
- Too busy to go the bank? Online and mobile bank transfers for Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) are all possible – you're welcome!
How does cash-on-delivery (COD) work?
- We offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) nationwide! During checkout, simply select the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, and then, you're good to go! Just a few reminders:
- Payment Instructions will be emailed to you containing pertinent details (e.g. exact amount to be paid, delivery address).
- You or your authorized representative can pay for your order/s. For pick-up at any merchant hub, presentation of a valid ID is required.
- Kindly provide the exact amount for your order.
- Upon delivery, you will be given a Delivery Receipt and an Acknowledgement Form. The Delivery Receipt recaps the items you purchased and the Acknowledgment Form documents your payment details (name, amount due, amount given and signature).
- As soon as payment has been received and validated by our personnel, your items are officially yours.
- All delivered orders are considered sold. We do not process any returns, exchanges and refunds due to the nature of our products. As such, we kindly expect to receive your payment as soon as we meet you, before we give you your order.
- Note: Our stocks are limited, and in-demand. Should you fail to pay for your order/s, it will automatically be cancelled.
refunds & returns
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on used products.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
